Cork Airport is located approximately 10 minutes from Cork city centre by taxi and 20 minutes by bus connection. The airport has daily flights to London Heathrow (3 flights), London Stansted (4 flights) Amsterdam Schipol (2 flights) and Paris CDG.

Once you arrive in Cork airport you can take the 226 or 226A Bus to Cork City Centre or catch a taxi outside the arrivals terminal.

There are a couple of hourly direct non-stop luxury coach services from the terminal buildings to Cork city centre. These takes approximately 2 ½ hours and costs approximately €30 return. This airport has direct flights to the USA, UK, and continental Europe. Shannon Airport is connected to Cork by bus, which takes approximately 2 ½ hours from the terminal building to Cork city centre. Tickets can be booked here.

In addition, Rosslare port and Dublin port have ferry connections to and from the UK and mainland Europe. Both options are less than a 3 hour drive from Cork city.
